رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (ملی هوشمند) الزامیست / ارائه مدرک محرمیت یا شناسنامه الزامیست/ برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع ، باهماهنگی میزبان (تعداد افراد شرکت کننده در جشن یا مهمانی باید از قبل مشخص شود) /همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است (در باکس یا حیاط مشکلی ندارد)/ استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان.) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در تراس و حیاط مانعی ندارد / کودکان زیر سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه برعهده میهمان می باشد/ ورود با کفش به داخل اقامتگاه ممنوع است
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
