اجاره به خانواده / اجاره به زوجین / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه برعهده میهمان می باشد/به افراد مجرد در صورتی که فقط آقا یا خانوم باشند اجاره داده می شود/ استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در تراس مانعی ندارد / کودکان زیر 1 سال هزینه دریافت نمیشود .
برای رزرو این اقامتگاه در روز های معمولی و تعطیلات باید از 2 روز قبل اقدام کنید .
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
