خانه سنتی در ظهرود راین با بافت و معماری کاملاً سنتی در یک حیاط 500 متری واقع شده است .
اقامتگاه دارای هفت اتاق با ظرفیت ها و متراژ های متفاوت (سه اتاق 4 نفره - سه اتاق 12 نفره - یک اتاق 20 نفره) می باشد

در ایام نوروز در صورت کنسلی از سوی میهمان امکان کنسلی وجود ندارد / قیمت همراه با صبحانه است / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (ملی /هوشمند) الزامیست/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/ در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه برعهده میهمان می باشد.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
