این اتاق سنتی با متراژ 20 متر در طبقه اول با 15 پله واقع شده است.

سرویس بهداشتی فرنگی و حمام در یک فضا و در داخل اتاق تعبیه شده...
یخچال مشترک است.

قیمت همراه باصبحانه می باشد/ رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (ملی هوشمند) الزامیست / ارائه مدرک محرمیت یا شناسنامه الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومیهمانی با هماهنگی میزبان / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است (ولی در باکس و در حیاط اقامتگاه مانعی ندارد) / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار، قلیان ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است / در صورت هرگونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه بر عهده میهمان می باشد/ ورود به داخل اقامتگاه با کفش ممنوع است / کودک زیر 6 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / مدت زمان اجاره این اقامتگاه روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهیانه می باشد / حداقل مدت اقامت یک شب می باشد / تحویل کلید 24 ساعته می باشد / در ایام عید نوروز در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی به مسافر عودت داده نمی‌شود.

If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
