برای رزرو این اقامتگاه حداقل 10 روز قبل باید اقدام شود و روزهای آخر هفته حداقل رزرو2 شب می باشد/رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / مسافرین عزیز توجه داشته باشند به علت چوبی بودن کلبه و احتمال خطر از کشیدن قلیان یا سیگار در محوطه داخل کلبه خودداریی نمایید.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
