رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (ملی هوشمند) الزامیست / ارائه مدرک محرمیت یا شناسنامه الزامیست / افراد زیر 15 سال رایگان می باشد / برپایی جشن و میهمانی ممنوع/ ورود به داخل اقامتگاه با کفش ممنوع است/ استعمال دخانیات (سیگار، قلیان ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در تراس و حیاط مانعی ندارد/ در صورت خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه بر عهده میهمان می باشد / مدت زمان اجاره این اقامتگاه روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهیانه می باشد / حداقل مدت اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت اقامت ماهیانه می باشد /برای رزرو این اقامتگاه در ایام عید نوروز باید از یک هفته قبل اقدام شود/ در ایام عید نوروز در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی به مسافرعودت داده نمی‌شود.
If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
