قیمت همراه با صبحانه می باشد/ رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (ملی هوشمند) الزامیست / ارائه مدرک محرمیت یا شناسنامه الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است / ورود به داخل اقامتگاه با کفش ممنوع است/ استعمال دخانیات (سیگار، قلیان ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در تراس و حیاط مانعی ندارد/ در صورت خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه بر عهده میهمان می باشد / مدت زمان اجاره این اقامتگاه روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهیانه می باشد / حداقل مدت اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت اقامت ماهیانه می باشد.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
