رعایت نظافت الزامی است/ کارت شناسایی ملی (هوشمند) الزامی است/ ارائه مدرک محرمیت یا شناسنامه الزامی است /برپایی جشن مهمانی فقط با هماهنگی میزبان/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است)/ استعمال دخانیات( سیگار و قلیان...) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در حیاط مانعی ندارد/ کودک زیر 3 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود/ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی می باشد/ تحویل کلید 24 ساعته می باشد/ برای رزرو در عید نوروز و تعطیلات باید از هفته قبل اقدام شود/ حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه یک شب می باشد/در ایام عید نوروز و تعطیلات وآخر هفته، در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی به مسافر عودت داده نمی شود.
قیمت با صبحانه 176000 و قیمت فول برد 329000 میباشد.
حداقل تعداد رزرو این اقامتگاه 2نفر میباشد .
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
