در صورت کنسلی عید نوروز 50 درصد مبلغ عودت داده می شود /رعایت نظافت الزامیست / به همراه داشتن کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات ( قلیان ، سیگار و ... ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع ( در حیاط بلامانع ) است . ( شئونات اسلامی رعایت شود )
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
