قیمت ها بر حسب شب ( شنبه تا سه شنبه - 200 هزارتومان _ چهارشنبه - 250 هزار تومان _ پنجشنبه ، جمعه و تعطیلات تقویمی - 300 هزار تومان ) است / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / در صورت زوج بودن ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / در صورت مجرد خانم یا فقط مجرد اقا بودن با هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان امکان پذیر است .
If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
