به علت اینکه ویلا در منطقه شیبدار قرار دارد و این واحد در طبقه همکف با 3 پله رو به پایین قرار گرفته است .
امکانات خواب به تعداد 7 نفر می باشد و بیشتر از آن باید همراه خود کف خواب(بالش، تشک، پتو) داشته باشند .

If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
