اقامتگاه 3 طبقه است ، واحد در طبقه همکف با 3 پله قرار دارد و حیاط مشترک است
سیستم سرمایشی و گرمایشی در سالن و اتاق خواب ( کولر آبی / شوفاژ ) می باشد
