همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی اکیدا ممنوع است و اگر بعد از تحویل ویلا میزبان متوجه حیوان خانگی شود رزرو لغو می گردد.
در صورت رعایت نکردن نظافت ویلا و خصوصا نظافت استخر ، هزینه یک میلیون تومان برای نظافت از میهمان گرفته می شود.
برپایی جشن ممنوع است.
استعمال دخانیات (سیگار یا قلیون) فقط در حیاط و محوطه خارجی مجاز است.
If the guest cancels 7 days or more before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded after deducting 15% of the total booking. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given for the booked nights. In case of early departure, the remaining nights are completely non-refundable.
