به مجر فقط آقا اجاره داده نمی شود / ویلا تمیز تحویل داده و تمیز تحویل گرفته می شود ، در غیر این صورت مشمول پرداخت هزینه مجزا می باشد ( مبلغ 100 هزار تومان هنگام ورود به عنوان امانت نظافت دریافت می شود ) / حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه در ایام نوروز 3 شب می باشد .
برپایی جشن ممنوع است.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
