_ مدت زمان اجاره این واحد به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهیانه میباشد.
_ حداقل مدت اقامت 1 شب و حداکثر مدت اقامت 90 شب می باشد.
_ تحویل کلید به صورت 24 ساعته می باشد.
_ برای رزرو در روز های معمولی ، آخرهفته ، تعطیلات و ایام نوروز از 1 روز قبل اقدام به رزرو نمایید.
_ حداقل رزرو در آخرهفته ، تعطیلات و ایام نوروز 1 شب می باشد.

If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
