رعایت نظافت الزامی است/ کارت شناسایی ملی (هوشمند) الزامی است/برپایی جشن مهمانی ممنوع/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است ولی در محوطه ای باغ مشکلی ندارد/ استعمال دخانیات( سیگار و قلیان...) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در حیاط مانعی ندارد/ کودک زیر6 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود/ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی می باشد/ تحویل کلید 24 ساعته است.
If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
