_ قابل توجه میهمانان عزیز سپنجا این اقامتگاه به هیچ عنوان در شرایط عادی و ایام نوروز شرایط لغو رزرو ندارد لذا قبل از واریز از درخواست و سفر خود اطمینان حاصل فرمایید .
_ برای رزرو این ویلا در ایام عید نوروز باید از دو هفته قبل اقدام شود.
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی می باشد .
_ تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد .
برپایی جشن با هماهنگی میزبان.
Cancellation policies
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
