رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) و کارت ماشین الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است / استعمال دخانیات ( سیگار، قلیان و...) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه اکیدا ممنوع است / برپایی جشن و میهمانی به تعداد کم و مشخص شده با هماهنگی میزبان / ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست.
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک هفته و 3 روز قبل امکان پذیر است .
_ تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعت می باشد.
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد .
_ در ایام نوروز این اقامتگاه شرایط کنسلی و لغو رزرو ندارد، لذا قبل از رزرو از درخواست خود اطمینان حاصل فرمایید.
If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
