رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) و کارت ماشین الزامیست / کودکان زیر یک سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود .
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد .
_ تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک هفته و 3 روز قبل امکان پذیر است .
_ در ایام نوروز طبق شرایط لغو رزرو امکان کنسلی وجود دارد .
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
