اجاره فقط به خانواده /اجاره به زوجین/رعایت نظافت الزامیست /کارت شناسایی الزامیست/همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است /برپایی جشن و مهمانی ممنوع است / ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
