این اتاق بومگردی با متراژ 18 متر و 5 عدد کف خواب سنتی (تشک بالش و پتو) در طبقه اول با 10 پله واقع شده است.

قیمت همرا با صبحانه می باشد/ رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی فقط باهماهنگی میزبان / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع/ کودکان زیر 8 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه می باشد / آنتن دهی موبایل و اینترنت این اقامتگاه با اپراتور همراه اول ، ایرانسل، خوب است/آخرین زمان تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 23 می باشد / حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه یک شب می باشد./ برای رزرو در ایام عید نوروز یک ماه قبل و تعطیلات یک هفته قبل اقدام شود / در صورت کنسلی در ایام نوروز هیچ مبلغی عودت داده نمی شود.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
