رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن و مهمانی ممنوع فقط باهماهنگی میزبان / زوجین همراه با شناسنامه / اجاره به خانواده / کودکان زیر 5 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است .
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی می باشد .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک هفته و 3 روز قبل امکان پذیر است .
_ تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد .
_ حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه در روزهای آخرهفته و تعطیلات دو شب می باشد .
_ قابل توجه میهمانان عزیز سپنجا این اقامتگاه در ایام نوروز شرایط لغو رزرو ندارد لذا قبل از واریز از درخواست و سفر خود اطمینان حاصل فرمایید .
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
