اجاره به خانواده / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / برپایی جشن و مهمانی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است .
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه می باشد . ( هفتگی و ماهانه در فصول پاییز و زمستان اجاره داده می شود )
_ امکان تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک ماه و یک هفته قبل امکان پذیر است .
If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
