اجاره فقط به خانواده / اجاره به زوجین / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است .( در حیاط بلامانع )
_ آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 10 شب می باشد .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک ماه و یک هفته قبل امکان پذیر است .
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی می باشد .

In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
