اجاره فقط به خانواده / اجاره به زوجین / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است / پذیرش کودکان زیر 7 سال رایگان است .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک ماه و یک هفته قبل امکان پذیر است .
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی می باشد .
_ امکان تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد .
If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
