اجاره فقط به خانواده / اجاره به زوجین / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) - شناسنامه الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است .
_ آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت یک بامداد می باشد .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک ماه و یک هفته قبل امکان پذیر است .
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد .
If the guest cancels 7 days or more before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded after deducting 15% of the total booking. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given for the booked nights. In case of early departure, the remaining nights are completely non-refundable.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
