در صورت مجرد بودن به مجرد (آقا) یا فقط مجرد ( خانم ) اجاره داده می شود / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است . ( استفاده از حیاط و باغ مجاز نیست. )
_ آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت دو بامداد می باشد .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی حداکثر از 3 روز قبل امکان پذیر است .
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد .
در ایام عید نوروز در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی به مسافرعودت داده نمی‌شود.
If the guest cancels 7 days or more before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded after deducting 15% of the total booking. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given for the booked nights. In case of early departure, the remaining nights are completely non-refundable.
