رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی ( ملی / هوشمند ) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / مدت زمان اجاره این خانه یک هفته می باشد / میهمان حداکثر برای یک هفته قبل رزرو کنند / کلید ورودی و پارکینگ در اختیار مسافر قرار میگیرد.
در صورت کنسلی از سوی میهمان در ایام نوروز ، کنسلی وجود ندارد.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
