باغ و ویلا در پرده سر طالقان این باغ ویلا با متراژ 2000 متر و زیربنای 90 متر در یک منطقه کوهستانی طالقان واقع شده است.
این باغ و ویلا دارای یک اتاق خواب یک تخت دو نفره و 6 عدد کف خواب سنتی( پتو ) می باشد.

رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد / امکان تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد/ میهمانان گرامی حداکثر 4 روز قبل می توانند این اقامتگاه را رزرو کنند / کلید درب ورودی اقامتگاه تحویل میهمان داده می شود / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع /ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/ در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه برعهده میهمان می باشد/ میهمانان گرامی در حفظ و نگهداری امکانات ویلا و فضای طبیعی ویلا کوشا باشند.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
