هتل آپارتمان در 17 شهریور مشهد با متراژ کل 680 متر دارای 21 باب اتاق مستر در یک ساختمان سه طبقه نزدیک به حرم ااما رضا ( ع ) واقع شده است .
در هر طبقه از ساختمان هتل یک واحد ( 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 )...

رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است.
_ امکان رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک هفته قبل و دو روز قبل امکان پذیر است .
_ امکان تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد .
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
