رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است / کودکان زیر 10 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / برپایی جشن و مهمانی ممنوع / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / در صورت هرگونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه هزینه برعهده میهمان است / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد / تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد / حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت یک ماه است / درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی حداقل از یک روز و حداکثر یک هفته قبل نیز امکان پذیر است / جهت درخواست رزرو در ایام نوروز از یک هفته قبل اقدام شود / در ایام نوروز و تعطیلات لغو رزرو طبق شرایط کنسلی سایت پذیرفته است .

If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
