مهمانپذیر در مدرس لار دارای یک اتاق 17 متری چهارتخت یک نفره و یک عدد کف خواب سنتی در طبقه همکف واقع شده است .
سیستم سرمایشی اسپیلت می باشد.
سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی و حمام به صورت مجزا و مشترک بین اتاق های دیگر واقع شده است.

یک روز قبل برای ساعت ورود با میزبان هماهنگی های لازم انجام شود /رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (ملی /هوشمند) الزامیست/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/ در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه برعهده میهمان می باشد/از همراه داشتن پیکنیک جدا خوداری شود .
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
