این اقامتگاه مناسب افراد معلول،کودک و سالمند می باشد/ رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع/ کودکان زیر 7 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی می باشد / آنتن دهی موبایل این اقامتگاه با اپراتور همراه اول خوب است ولی اینترنت ضعیف است / تحویل کلید 24 ساعته می باشد/ حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه یک شب می باشد./ در صورت کنسلی در ایام نوروز هیچ مبلغی عودت داده نمی شود
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
