/به مجرد (آقا) اجاره داده نمیشود /رعایت نظافت الزامیست /کارت شناسایی الزامیست /همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است. /برپایی جشن و مهمانی ممنوع است / ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/دعوت میهمان بدون اطلاع مالک ممنوع بوده و موجب فسخ قرارداد میگردد.
If the guest cancels 7 days or more before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded after deducting 15% of the total booking. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given for the booked nights. In case of early departure, the remaining nights are completely non-refundable.
