داشتن کارت ملی الزامی است. همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است. برپایی جشن و مهمانی ممنوع است.ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست .استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است . رعایت نظافت الزامی است.
If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
