در ایام نوروز در صورت کنسلی از سوی مهمان امکان کنسلی وجود ندارد / اجاره به خانواده / اجاره به زوجین / در صورت مجرد بودن به مجرد (آقا) یا فقط مجرد ( خانم ) اجاره داده می شود / برپایی جشن و مهمانی با همانگی قبلی / داشتن کارت ملی ( کارت شناسایی هوشمند ) الزامی است / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است / ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / رعایت نظافت الزامی است .
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی می باشد .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک ماه و یک هفته قبل امکان پذیر است ، لیکن ایام آخر هفته حتما از 5 روز قبل درخواست رزرو داده شود .
_ امکان تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد .
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
