این آپارتمان با مساحت کل 600 متر و متراژ بنا 120متر دارای 3 اتاق خواب در طبقه اول یک ساختمان 4 طبقه واقع شده است .
سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی و فرنگی و حمام به صورت هم فضا در داخل واحد تعبیه شده است و سرویس فرنگی سیار هم وجود دارد.
