رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (ملی هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع /همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان.) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است / کودکان زیر 5 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه برعهده میهمان می باشد/ ورود با کفش به داخل اقامتگاه ممنوع است/مدت زمان اجاره این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی می باشد/ حداقل مدت اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت اقامت 7شب می باشد/ تحویل کلید 24 ساعته می باشد/ برای رزرو این اقامتگاه در ایام عید نوروز باید از 20 روز قبل اقدام شود / حداقل رزرو در ایام عید نوروز2 شب می باشد/در ایام عید نوروز در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی به مسافر عودت داده نمی‌شود.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
