کارت ملی یکی از میهمانان تحویل سرایدار داده می شود / کودکان زیر 3 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / به افراد مجرد درصورتی که فقط مجرد آقا یا مجرد خانم باشند اجاره داده نمی شود .
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی می باشد .
_ حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت یک هفته است .
_ تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی حداقل از یک روز و حداکثر یک هفته قبل نیز امکان پذیر است .
_ جهت درخواست رزرو در ایام تعطیلات تقویمی و نوروز از یک ماه قبل اقدام شود .
_ در ایام نوروز و تعطیلات لغو رزرو طبق شرایط سخت کنسلی سایت پذیرفته است .
