ویلا در امین آباد زیباکنار این باغ و ویلا بامتراژ 65 دارای دو اتاق خواب دو تخت دو نفره و یک عدد کف خواب سنتی (تشک بالش و پتو) در طبقه همکف واقع شده است.
سیستم سرمایشی این باغ و ویلا کولر گازی و گرمایشی شوفاژ می باشد.
