ویلا دوبلکس 3خواب در شهرک نوبنیاد
این ویلا مبله در شهرک نوبنیاد کیش با متراژ کل 500متر و زیربنا 220متر در طبقه همکف ( به صورت دوبلکس) با 15 پله به همراه محافظ واقع شده است.

رعایت نظافت الزامیست / به همراه داشتن کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) کارت ملی الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی فقط باهماهنگی میزبان / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است / ورود با کفش ممنوع / کودکام زیر 5 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه بر عهده میهمان میباشد / به افراد مجرد فقط آقا یا خانوم باشند اجاره داده میشود .
_ مدت زمان اجاره این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه / هفتگی / ماهیانه است .
_ حداقل مدت اقامتگاه 3 شب و حداکثر اقامت 30 شب میباشد.
_ برای رزرو این اقامتگاه در روز های معمولی و ایام تعطیلات از 1 شب قبل اقدام نمایید.

If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
