اتاق سنتی در روستای جوخواه - طبس - خراسان جنوبی با معماری سنتی و قدیمی زیبا در یک مجموعه بومگردی با متراژ کل 1500 متر دارای 8 باب اتاق سنتی در طبقه همکف واقع شده است .

قیمت بدون صبحانه و برحسب نفر / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / اجاره به خانواده / به افراد مجرد در صورتی که فقط آقا یا خانوم باشند اجاره داده می شود / کودکان زیر 10 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / برپایی جشن و مهمانی با هماهنگی میزبان و دربست کامل / استعمال دخانیات ( قلیان ، سیگار و ... ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع ( در حیاط بلامانع ) است .
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی می باشد .
_ حداقل مدت زمان اقامت سه شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت 7 شب است .
_ تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک هفته و حداقل دو روز قبل نیز امکان پذیر است .
If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
