قیمت بدون صبحانه /رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی می باشد / آنتن دهی موبایل و اینترنت این اقامتگاه با اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل خوب است/ رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی اکیدا ممنوع/ آخرین زمان تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 21 می باشد/ به افراد مجرد اجاره داده نمی شود /میهمانان گرامی حداکثر 3 روز قبل می توانند این اقامتگاه را رزرو کنند / حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه 1 شب می باشد/در ایام عید نوروز در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی به مسافرعودت داده نمی‌شود.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
