این اقامتگاه بومگردی تاریخی با قدمت 200 ساله با متراژ کل 480 متر و زیربنا 12 متر در طبقه همکف با 3 پله ، واقع شده است.
_از امکانات این اقامتگاه :
سیستم سرمایشی ( کولر آبی) و سیستم گرمایشی ( بخاری گازی ) ، سرویس خواب سنتی ( پتو...

قیمت همراه با صبحانه میباشد / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / به افراد مجرد در صورتی که فقط آقا یا خانوم باشند اجاره داده می شود / کودکان زیر 5 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / برپایی جشن و مهمانی با هماهنگی بلامانع است / استعمال دخانیات ( قلیان ، سیگار و ... ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع ( در حیاط بلامانع ) است/ ورود با کفش ممنوع است / در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه بر عهده میهمان می باشد
_ حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت هفت شب است.
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از 6 روز قبل امکان پذیر است.
_ برای رزرو این اقامتگاه در ایام عید نوروز از بهمن ماه اقدام نمایید.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
