اجاره فقط به خانواده / اجاره به زوجین / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / برپایی جشن و مهمانی ممنوع است / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است.
_ آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت یک بامداد می باشد .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک ماه و یک هفته قبل امکان پذیر است .
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد .
_ کلید درب ورودی اقامتگاه تحویل میمهان داده می شود .
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
