این واحد آپارتمان مبله در - جردن - تهران با متراژ کل 800متر و زیربنا 100متر در طبقه اول با 16 پله به همراه محافظ ، واقع شده است .

رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی مانعی ندارد ( با هماهنگی )/ استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه مانعی ندارد / در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه بر عهده میهمان میباشد / اجاره فقط به خانواده / به افراد مجرد فقط آقا یا خانوم باشند اجاره داده میشود .
_ مدت زمان اجاره این واحد به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهیانه است.
_ حداقل مدت اقامت 1 شب و حداکثر 30 شب میباشد.
_ امکان تحویل کلید 24 ساعته است.
_ برای رزرو این اقامتگاه در روز های معمولی ، تعطیلات و ایام نوروز از 2 روز قبل و برای آخر هفته از یک هفته قبل اقدام نمایید.
_ حداقل رزرو در ایام عید ، تعطیلات و آخر هفته 1شب میباشد.
_ در ایام نوروز ، تعطیلات و آخر هفته کنسلی ندارد.
برپایی جشن ممنوع است.
اجاره فقط به خانواده.

If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
