رعایت نظافت الزامی است/ کارت شناسایی ملی (هوشمند) الزامی است/ برپایی جشن مهمانی ممنوع / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است / استعمال دخانیات( سیگار و قلیان...) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است / کودک زیر 7سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود/ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی می باشد/آخرین زمان تحویل کلید ساعت 21 می باشد/ برای رزرو در ایام عید نوروز باید حداقل از یک هفته قبل اقدام شود/ حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه یک شب می باشد/در ایام عید نوروز و تعطیلات در صورت کنسلی، 50 درصد مبلغ رزرو عودت داده می‌شود.
If the guest cancels 7 days or more before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded after deducting 15% of the total booking. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given for the booked nights. In case of early departure, the remaining nights are completely non-refundable.
