موزیک تا ساعت 11 شب / ویلا تمیز تحویل داده و تمیز تحویل گرفته می شود ، در صورت عدم رعایت مبلغی اضافه بابت نظافت گرفته می شود / از ریختن زباله در کوچه به شدت خودداری گردد ، لطفا زباله را با خود ببرید و در اولین مخزن بیاندازید / استعمال دخانیات ( سیگار - قلیان و ... ) داخل ویلا ممنوع ، و استفاده از قلیان داخل تراس (به علت وجود چمن مصنوعی) ممنوع است .
برپایی جشن ممنوع است.

If the guest cancels 7 days or more before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded after deducting 15% of the total booking. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given for the booked nights. In case of early departure, the remaining nights are completely non-refundable.
