رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (ملی هوشمند) الزامیست / کودک زیر8 سال رایگان می باشد / برپایی جشن و میهمانی ممنوع / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است / ورود به داخل اقامتگاه با کفش ممنوع است/ استعمال دخانیات (سیگار، قلیان ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در تراس و حیاط مانعی ندارد/ در صورت خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه بر عهده میهمان می باشد / مدت زمان اجاره این اقامتگاه روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهیانه می باشد / حداقل مدت اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت اقامت 3ماه می باشد /برای رزرو این اقامتگاه در ایام عید نوروز باید از یک هفته قبل اقدام شود/ حداقل رزرو در ایام عید نوروز 2 شب می باشد / در ایام عید نوروز در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی به مسافرعودت داده نمیشود.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
