اجاره به خانواده / به مجرد آقا و خانم اجاره داد نمی شود / استعمال دخانیات ممنوع / مدرک محرمیت الزامی است / رعایت نظافت الزامی است / برگزاری جشن و مهمانی / کارت شناسایی الزامی است/ در ایام عید نوروز در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی به مسافرعودت داده نمی‌شود.
از پذیرش زیر سه نفر معذور میباشیم
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
